General Terms and Conditions

Services can be booked online, by email, or by phone.
A reservation is valid only after confirmation by the operator.
Payment for accommodation and services can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by card.
Customers may cancel their booking according to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fee.
30–21 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the booked services.
20–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total price of the booked services.

In the case of force majeure, the provider will offer an alternative date for the booked service. If the alternative date is not used, the contractual relationship is governed by the above cancellation policy. If the alternative date is cancelled, the client is not entitled to another date or a refund of the deposit.

Delivery and Payment Terms

Accommodation is available upon prior reservation.
Check-in: from 15:00 | Check-out: by 10:00.
Payment can be made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.
